I started Nourishative (nourish initiative) began because I wanted some clear answers to cut through all the noise of rhetoric I was finding. I wanted to know what I actually could and should be doing to move towards global food sustainability and net zero.

How should I feed my family? What should I be buying? Should we give up meat? Could that have a detrimental effect on our health? How close to net zero can we hope to get? How much impact can I have? Is what I can do going to make a difference?

Here you’ll find all-important good food advice backed up by science-based evidence. Showing how we can eat well to healthily nourish ourselves and the planet at the same time.
